Ingredients: epsom salt, dead sea salts, milk powder, corn starch, oatmeal/finely ground, pink himalayan sea salts, fragrance, peach kernel oil, glycerin, sweet almond oil, jojoba.

If you have high blood pressure, kidney problems, heart disease or are pregnant, ask your doctor BEFORE using bath salts, soaks, herbs or essential oils. The use of bath salts & soaks should be avoided by anyone with open wounds. DO NOT ingest bath salts. Bath salts & soaks are for EXTERNAL USE ONLY, as some of the Ingredients are toxic when ingested. DO NOT USE in a jacuzzi/water jet tubs or hot tubs as they may be damaging to the jets. Use ONLY in a regular bath or air jet tubs.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: under running bath water place 2-4 scoops (tablespoons) into tub. Rinse off in s cool shower recommended.
